Sewing Tips for Crinkle
Pre-wash fabric before sewing: Wash crinkle fabric before cutting to account for any shrinkage. Note that dimensions may change.
Generous seam allowances: Plan for slightly larger seam allowances as the crinkled structure makes the fabric somewhat unpredictable. A seam allowance of 1.5-2 cm is recommended.
Use longer stitch length: Choose a longer stitch length (3-3.5 mm) so the seams can adapt to the fabric's flexible structure.
