About Our Specialized Markets
Stoffmarkt Holland GmbH organizes regularly recurring specialized markets throughout Germany in accordance with Section 68 (1) of the German Trade Regulation Act (GewO). Our audience consists predominantly of sewing enthusiasts and hobby tailors.
Our textile markets offer a wide range of products: from fabrics by the meter and haberdashery to leather goods and tailor's dummies, textile dyes, and decorative fabrics.

Section 68 German Trade Regulation Act
"(1) A specialized market is a generally regularly recurring, time-limited event at which a large number of vendors offer specific goods."
Participation Requirements
- Participation is exclusively reserved for commercial vendors of fabrics and sewing supplies. Private sales are not permitted.
- Applications require a fully completed seasonal registration form along with proof of valid liability insurance.
- There is no entitlement to participation. The organizer selects exhibitors to ensure a varied product range.
- You will receive a confirmation or rejection no later than two weeks before the market day.
Market Regulations
- Market Conduct: Market operations must not be disrupted. Stands may only be dismantled after the official selling hours have ended.
- Market Supervision: The responsible organizer is Hannes Leuschner. His instructions must be followed.
- Legal Requirements: The German Trade Regulation Act, Price Indication Ordinance, and where applicable, food and consumer goods regulations apply.
- Company Identification: The company name must be clearly visible at the stand.
- Costs: Stand rental is plus VAT as stated in the registration form. Violations of market regulations may result in exclusion.
Stands and Setup
- All market stands are uniform: 4 x 1 meters, covered. The tenant is liable for property damage and personal injury at the stand.
- Stand allocation is managed by organizer Hannes Leuschner. There is no entitlement to a specific location.
- Goods may only be displayed within the assigned area. Tables, crates, or similar items are not permitted in the customer area.
- Unauthorized changes of location or swaps are prohibited. Setup is only permitted during the designated time window.
- No vehicles are allowed on the market grounds during the event (exception: mobile sales). Loading and unloading only during designated time slots.
Registration and Deadlines
Applications for participation must be submitted in writing. The seasonal registration form can be requested by email from the following dates:
Spring Season
Registration from January 15
Autumn Season
Registration from July 5
Send the fully completed form along with proof of your liability insurance to info@stoffmarktholland.de.
Approximately two weeks before the market day, you will receive your confirmation in the form of an invoice. Payment is due no later than 10 days before the event according to our terms.
